Festival Camp Rules

  • Please set up your tent in the designated areas and respect the spaces of other participants.
  • Making fires, using barbecues or any open flames is prohibited.
  • For environmental cleanliness, collect your trash and dispose of it in the designated recycling points.
  • Respect the quiet hours in the camp area and be considerate of other participants’ comfort.
  • When using electrical devices, please observe safety precautions and avoid damaging cables.
  • Avoid causing harm to natural resources and refrain from damaging trees.
  • Seek assistance from authorities regarding firs aid and safety matters and follow their instructions.
  • If you wish to participate in activities organized in the camp area, please follow the activity schedules and rules.
  • Respect others’ belongings in the camp area and keep your personel items secure.
  • Only campers and participants staying in tents are eligible for free meal services during specified meal times (Breakfast: 07:00-08:30 am/ Dinner:19:00-20:00 pm)
  • To ensure a peaceful and enjoyable experience for all participants, please refrain from making excessive noise in the festival area.
  • Consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited in the festival area.
  • Individual participation of individuals under age of 18 in the festival camp area is not allowed.
  • Common areas such as toilets, showers and prayer rooms are designated within the festival area. İt is important to use these areas in accordance with personal hygiene and healt rules.
  • Upon entering the festival area, it is mandatory to set up your tent in the designated area to maintain the camp organization. No changes will be allowed. Setting up tents outside the designated areas or encroaching on another participants’ space will not be permitted, as if may create a security vulnerability.
  • Festival entry is permitted from 09:00 to 19:00 on Wednesday, July 26th, and until 17:00 on Saturday,July 29th. Entry outside of these hours will not be allowed.
  • Participants with cronic ilnesses requiring medication should bring their medication with them.
  • For children accompanied by their families, it is important that they don’t stray from their paretns’ side for security reasons. The responsibility lies with the parents.
  • Participants are responsible for bringing their own camping equipment, including tents, sleeping mats and bags, pillows,…etc. No equipment will be provided by us.
  • Participants must adhere to the instructions and warnings given by our staff in the festival area. Any negligence or failure to comply with the rules will be the responsibility of the participant.
